Sarah Taylor

Founder & Principal Advisor

Sarah Taylor is the founder of Taylor Impact Group and works directly with each client to deliver personalized attention for custom impact. She is a trusted philanthropic advisor with significant experience working across the public, private, and social sectors. Her expertise spans strategic giving and grantmaking, nonprofit vetting and due diligence, impact measurement, and engaging with the next generation of family members and philanthropists. Throughout her career, Sarah has managed multi-million dollar and multi-year philanthropic investments as well as small meaningful charitable gifts on behalf of individuals, families, foundations, founders, and companies.

Prior to founding Taylor Impact Group, Sarah built social impact strategies and programs at Tito’s Handmade Vodka and Vista Equity Partners. At Tito’s Handmade Vodka, she advised senior leadership on their own private giving, managed strategic giving efforts, and established a signature grantmaking program that enhanced brand awareness while advancing nonprofit missions across the world. At Vista Equity Partners, Sarah developed a corporate social responsibility strategy focused on STEM, education, and workforce development within finance and technology. In addition, she advised Vista’s portfolio of software companies on developing their corporate philanthropy strategies and supported engagement with the Business Round Table.

Sarah has also managed disaster relief, developed crisis funding strategies, and designed philanthropy programs for Bank of America, Fortune Media Group, Walmart Foundation, and the U.S. Department of State.

Sarah is a 21/64 Certified Advisor and a Certified Impact Philanthropy Advisor (IPA).
