Sarah Taylor is a trusted philanthropic advisor with significant experience working across the public, private, and social sectors. Her expertise spans strategic giving and grantmaking, corporate philanthropy, nonprofit partnership development, public-private partnerships, nonprofit vetting and due diligence, impact measurement, and engaging with the next generation of family members and philanthropists.
Prior to founding Taylor Impact Group, Sarah built social impact strategies and programs at Tito’s Handmade Vodka and Vista Equity Partners. At Tito’s Handmade Vodka, she advised senior leadership on their own private giving, managed strategic giving efforts, and established a signature grantmaking program that enhanced brand awareness while advancing nonprofit missions across the world. At Vista Equity Partners, Sarah developed a corporate social responsibility strategy focused on STEM, CS Education, and diversity, equity, and inclusion within finance and technology. In addition, she advised Vista’s portfolio of software companies on developing their corporate philanthropy strategies and supported engagement with the Business Round Table.
Early in her career at Vital Voices Global Partnership and GlobalGiving Foundation, Sarah developed disaster relief and crisis funding strategies, designed and led programs to elevate global women leaders, and managed high-profile relationships with Bank of America, Fortune Media Group, and the U.S. Department of State.
Sarah is an inaugural member of Daylight Advsior’s Impact Philanthropy Advisor (IPA) certification program and a Partner with Social Venture Partners Austin.
